SriLankan Airlines has introduced 'Yaana,' an AI-powered chatbot designed to revolutionize its customer support services.
According to Dimuthu Tennakoon, Head of Worldwide Sales and Distribution at SriLankan Airlines, 'Yaana' has already processed nearly 12,000 inquiries, achieving an impressive 88% autonomous resolution rate. This demonstrates the chatbot's ability to handle customer issues efficiently and independently.
Developed in partnership with CodeGen International, 'Yaana' is now accessible on SriLankan Airlines' official website.
